You will most likely only encounter a Magic Bullet Looks LS3 file if you are a professional video editor or effects specialist and adjusting the color of your video. You may download LS3 files from sites that host user-uploaded effects or install programs that come with professionally-designed effects saved in LS3 files.
You can open LS3 files with various "host" applications that have the Magic Bullet Looks plugin installed. These applications include Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, MAGIX Vegas, Avid Media Composer, Apple Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, Sony Vegas, Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve, Grass Valley EDIUS, and FXhome HitFilm Pro.
