There is only one file type that uses the .LWV extension:
Linguistically Enhanced Sound File
Audio file, similar to a .WAV file, that has been enhanced with the Microsoft Linguistic Information Sound Editing Tool (LISET); typically has modified phonemes that give the voice in the audio file greater articulation.
LWV files are used by Microsoft Agent, a program for creating conversational interfaces for applications and Web pages.
