There is only one file type that uses the .OLK14MESSAGE extension:
Outlook Message File
Email message file created by Outlook 2011, an email and calendar program for Mac; contains the email's header information, but does not contain the email body contents, which are stored in a separate .OLK14MSGSOURCE file; enables the program to display message overviews while browsing email.
When downloading new email, Outlook automatically creates local copies of email messages in OLK14MESSAGE files. These files are stored to subdirectories of the [user]/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Data Records/Messages/ directory.
OLK14MESSAGE files can be opened manually by double-clicking them. While they are stored in a proprietary format, you can still sometimes view fragments of text in the message files using a text editor such as Apple TextEdit.
