An OTH file is a theme file created by Origin, a data analysis and graphing application used by various scientists and engineers. It contains default or user-defined settings that customize the appearance of one or more graphs, worksheets, report tables, or matrix sheets. OTH files can be modified after saving.
Themes are most commonly used to save and apply properties to graphs in Origin. They are similar to template files because they are used to store settings that can be applied to other graphs.
NOTE: OTH files are typically located in the "Themes" folder of the C:\Program Files\OriginLab\Origin<version> installation.
