File created by Windows Camera, a photo and video recording application; contains a photo generated from several different images taken from the same vantage point and "stitched" together by the Camera application.
To create a PANO file:
- Open your Camera application, line up where you want your first photo taken and select the "Panorama" button, which will capture your first image.
- Slowly move the camera to line up your next picture with the one you just took and it will automatically capture the next photo.
- Repeat step 2 until you've completed the panorama view and click the , this will create your PANO file.
NOTE: The PANO file was released with Windows 8.1 and is not compatible with earlier operating systems.
