File used by CrossOver, a program used for running Windows programs on Mac and Linux; saved in an XML format and contains parameters that specify how to download and install a Windows software application.
CrossTie configuration files are often downloaded and run by clicking the "Install via CrossTie" button located on webpages in the CrossTie Compatibility Center, which is located at the CrossOver website.
NOTE: CrossOver configuration files formerly used the .C4P extension.
