Program run by Autodesk EAGLE, a PCB (printed circuit board) design program; contains a program in C-like EAGLE User Language; includes a description of what the program performs and author info.
ULP files are used to create custom features. They can be used to modify internal EAGLE data, produce data, and perform instruction sequences. The EAGLE program includes ULP files but you can also download them from Autodesk's website.
To create a ULP file, select
, add your content, select , name the file, choose a save location, and click .To open a ULP file, navigate to the file in the Control Panel and double-click it. You can also select
, navigate to the file, and click .NOTE: Autodesk EAGLE was formerly known as CadSoft EAGLE. The software was acquired by Autodesk in 2016. EAGLE stands for "Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor."
