Spreadsheet file created in the Uniform Office Format (UOF), a Chinese-developed file format for office productivity applications; saves the spreadsheet using XML and compression and therefore is similar to but not compatible with the Microsoft Office Open XML (.XLSX) and OASIS OpenDocument (.ODS) standards.
UOS files can be opened by OpenOffice.org as well as some OOO variants.
NOTE: UOF also stands for Unified Office Format.
