File used by VMware ACE, an administration software used for managing VMware virtual machines; contains information for a technical support request generated by an end user for an issue with a virtual machine; can be processed by an administrator and responded to with a .VMHF hot fix file, which fixes the problem.
VMHR files are created with the Hot Fix Request Wizard, a software provided to end users in a VMware ACE environment.
