There is only one file type that uses the .VSPSCC extension:
Visual Studio Project Source Control File
Source Code Control (SCC) file for projects created with Microsoft Visual Studio; contains metadata used for tracking revisions of Visual Studio software development projects; includes information such as the version number, file path, and the number of nested projects.
Source code control files are used to prevent multiple users from editing the same file at the same time. They allow developers to check in and check out files from a single location, such as a network drive.
VSPSCC files are typically saved along with a corresponding .VSSSCC file.
