1. Windows Driver Foundation File
Driver file used by the Windows Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF) and User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF) components; typically contains an empty file that serves as a driver version marker; used by Microsoft's Online Crash Analysis (OCA) tool to provide driver information.
WDF files are typically found in the %windir%\system32\drivers directory. Examples of WDF files include MsftWdf_user_01_09_00.Wdf, MsftWdf_Kernel_01009_Coinstaller_Critical.Wdf, and Msft_Kernel_WdfRamdisk_01009.Wdf.
The Windows Driver Foundation (WDF) is a conceptual driver model that includes the KMDF and UMDF Windows components, as well as driver verification tools.

2. Wiimm Disc File
Disc image created by Wiimms WBFS Tool, a program used to manage Wii disc images; contains game data that has been extracted from a Wii disc; used to store the reduced size of a Wii game image when saved to a computer's hard drive.
Wiimm disc files can be much smaller than the size of a Wii disc image file since they do not store the unused padding space, or "holes," that are found on Wii discs. This can significantly reduce the size of Wii games when saved to WDF files.
WDF files can also be converted to Wii Backup File System files (.WBFS), which are used to store Wii games on external devices.

3. Wintech Drawing File
A WDF file is a data file saved in a format developed by Wintech Engineering and used for computer-aided manufacturing (CAD). It contains one or more objects and shapes saved in the order that they are to be cut. WDF files are used by computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery used to cut designs out of different materials.
WDF files can be opened by versions 5 to 9 of Wintech Profiler. The WDF file type is used by Profiler 5 (macOS), Profiler 6 (Windows), Profiler 7 (Windows), Profiler 8 (Windows) and the Profiler 9.
