There is only one file type that uses the .XCCRASHPOINT extension:
Xcode Crash Point File
An XCCRASHPOINT file is a crash file created by Xcode to store data about an app crash for reporting and debugging purposes. It contains a .CRASH file and other logs that store information about the state of the computer at the time of a crash and includes timestamp, program, and memory dump information.
Apple Xcode is a software development IDE used for developing iOS and OS X apps. The software provides a suite of tools to help developers build user interface components and write source code.
You can right-click an XCCRASHPOINT file, then select. You can find any crash logs here that are related to that crash.
