There is only one file type that uses the .XOJO_XML_PROJECT extension:

Project created by Xojo, an IDE used to create desktop, web, and web-mobile applications; contains data in XML format that references contents of the application, such as windows, menus, controls, and build settings; can be built into an executable file.
Xojo projects can be saved in three different formats: Project (text), Binary, and XML. You must have a product license to create the XOJO_XML_PROJECT file. If you do not have a license, you will only be able to save in the binary format.
To create the XOJO_XML_PROJECT file, select, name the application, and click "OK." After you create the project, select , choose the save location, and click .
